When Do Thoughts Matter?

When I was growing up we used to have a saying, “Sticks and stones may break my bones but words will never hurt me.”  That saying is so untrue!  Unkind words have undermined or destroyed many relationships and have broken many hearts.

I learned early on in life, and I know you did too, that unkind deeds (physical harming, handling, hurting, etc.) can cause wounding an unfavorable damage to others and to ourselves.  Also, we have learned not to utter unkind words due to the backlash and because it feels so awful.  Often overlooked are the assassinating thoughts that we send out to ourselves and to others.

On an energetic level there is no difference between a thought sent out, a word spoken, or a deed done; although there are degrees in intensity. It all translates to frequency.

Don’t worry!  Thank God for forgiveness and grace.  We can neutralize much of the damage by sending out some high power, high frequency messages to those whom we have harmed or hurt. [Warning: This practice is not to be substituted as a pass to continue bad behavior; or as a substitute for physically or verbally correcting a wrong when we have the opportunity to do so.]

Start with self:   Say out loud or think out loud 10 times or more, “I Love you, I am so grateful to know you!”

If we did not believe that the thoughts that we send out matter, we would not pray (or chant).  When you slip up, give yourself a break but be steadfast. Change takes time.

Do not be surprised if you get an unexpected or pleasant phone call from the one you with whom you have been communicating…

Happy New Year!!!

How Conscious is Your Water (Part 2)

The results of my testing showed Nestle Pure Life bottled water has a consciousness of about 500 ABOVE all brands tested (See Part 1 of this blog.) So does that mean everyone should pour their bottled water down the sink and go and stock up on Pure Life water?  Not necessarily!

On one hand, you can ask God (Divine) which water is best for you at this time?  Maybe there is a particular ingredient or mineral contained in a different brand that your body needs at a given time that may be more helpful for you. One the other hand, we should always bless whatever we consume... that will also increase the consciousness.

One thing that was unique about the Nestle bottled water was the messages on the container.  Such as:

  • Pure Life
  • Good Food
  • Good Life
  • Enhanced
  • Meet our moms
  • Nestlepurelifepromise.com
  • Deep protected wells
  • Good to talk
  • If I give you a bottle of Nestle Pure Life, I’m giving a bottle of love.
  • Bottle Logo: A momma bird caring for her babies in the nest
  • A graphic of a happy family on the bottle (by appearance)

I counted a total of 11 positive messages.  Other brands, did not have as many, if any, positive messages.

After getting the results, I began doing a tiny bit of research on each company via their Facebook page. I definitely, do believe that the goodwill of the company affects the end product. Check out the Facebook pages of all of the companies.

What I observed right away is that the Nestle as a company is very involved in service, research projects and giving back to communities.  It's not to say that the other companies are not creating good will in communities, perhaps they just do not advertise their projects effectively.
Coca-Cola (Desani), hands down, has the best graphics and Facebook presence; clean and refreshing.  Fiji and Penta seem to be seeking the elite crowd with the Red Carpet events and Jet Plane for show.

I like the Cha brand and I drank the water for a number of years.  It is a small business and I spoke personally with the founder and inventor/creator of that product years ago.  He is a retired IBM Engineer whose passion was to cure his elderly mother of her diabetes and other life threatening ailments.  Many people have experience great healing results with that product and with Kangen water. [I bought a water ionizer over 15 years ago from a different company and it has been in my pantry for many years now. I moved on to better more convenient products.]

Masaru Emoto, who was a researcher and author (Book: The Hidden Messages of Water) believed “that water was a ‘blueprint for our reality’ and that emotional ‘energies’ and ‘vibrations’ could change the physical structure of water”.  He has done many interesting experiments involving labeling containers of water with specific words or phrases, freezing the water and photographing the resulting crystalline structures.  Below is a crystal that was formed from the phrase, “I Love You.”

https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj7_awynPlYnD_Hz4A_-7_3XQ-gQ0oriKYCa0TfwNBNALO1SZKR30N704cpk9l6Zc4lA9gUBYEjhkW2Z-3XuSf4Qih79HiBbf_lqe82hSGinoVmJCND7nZ2dxNGHsYBhyphenhyphenJk7YcO1hExawI/s1600/emoto+I+love+you.jpg

 Also, other various other phrases.

Perhaps, not only does the messages on the bottle alter the water’s frequency, maybe the good will of the company that produces it does also.

My water choice at this time is blessed reverse osmosis water labeled in containers with positive healing words. That is easiest for me.  Again, we should bless everything that we consume. It raises the consciousness (frequency).  Try it by doing a before and after measurement for yourself.
From the book, Power verses Force, Dr. David Hawkins states:

Everything in the universe constantly gives off an energy pattern of a specific frequency which remains for all time and can be read by those who know how.

Every word, deed and intention creates a permanent record. Every thought is known and recorded forever. There are no secrets; nothing is hidden, nor can it be. Our spirits stand naked in time for all to see. Everyone's life, finally, is accountable to the universe.

Deactivate Family Programs

Greetings. During this holiday season I will not be visiting my hometown. I decided to relax and stay put here in Atlanta. Typically, when I decide to take a trip home there is so much excitement, energy, and joy in the air at my home. My children and I are filled with anticipation because we enjoy being with family and we enjoy, believe it or not, the 15 hour drive that it takes to get there. Mind you, we rarely make the trip in a straight shot. We usually hang out in either Tennessee or Indiana on our way to and from Wisconsin.
I am from a large family of brother and sisters. In fact, I don’t think there still exists a pattern for such large families anymore, except for the Duggars (19 Kids and Counting). Thank God we’re way less than that!
It is interesting when the whole family get together for holidays (brothers, sisters, cousins, nieces and nephews). For my family, there is usually the playing of board games and cards. Of course, there is light drinking of beer and wine. Well, depending on how things are going for any particular person… the light drinking is not so light! Next, the family stories and tall tales start and there is laughter and more laughter, however, if you are the non-drinker like myself, it is easy to observe that someone is not laughing so hard or sincerely at a particular joke or story.
As the evening progresses there is still plenty of food, drink, and conversation. In fact, the volume and tone of the conversation picks up. Everyone is having a good time… or so it appears. Inevitably, one person gets hung up on a word, a phrase or a story being told. That sets in motion one of 110+ possible family programs that are lying dormant within the family tapestry. And guess what, it is usually the same person(s) every time.
A Family Program, as I am defining it here, is a remembrance of a hurtful or painful incident, mistreatment, abuse, etc. as defined from the perspective of the victimized person. Usually, they have dozens of examples of the held beliefs (real or imagined), which may have impacted or tainted their life view in some way. In other words, they have stories to tell… and they tell them often, especially, if given the right amount of alcohol, upset,
or anxiety.
Well, the script is pretty much the same for my family every time. The person who got hung up on to the word, phrase, or story that was told three hours earlier is by now about ready to set the record straight! What that means is the forthcoming of wailing and the Gnashing of teeth!
That may manifest in someone being, “TOLD OFF”, cards or game pieces being strewn off the table along with a few choice words from the upset person; shocking looks on the faces of other family members, especially on the face of the one who made the offensive statements, and from the children who probably didn’t realize adults could act so childish; silence from our parents; and a big letdown that the fun has come to an abrupt end, especially since you were about to win the game!
As the offended person and their spouse storms out there is a declaration that they will never return. There is a long moment of silence. The long moment of silence is replaced by claims like, “I had no idea he/she was offended by that statement. I don’t know why, it was the truth.”

--------------------------------- DEACTIVATE ------------------------------
Deactivate your family programs by sending love, light, and forgiveness to everyone before you arrive . Try the Ho’oponopono Prayer and notice the difference in your family’s holiday gathering.
A Simple Forgiveness Practice: Ho’oponopono Prayer
[Hoʻoponopono (ho-o-pono-pono) is an ancient Hawaiian practice of reconciliation and forgiveness.]
Make a list of all of the people who you feel you have hurt or who may have hurt you. One-by-one, go through the forgiveness practice with them as though they were before you looking eye-to-eye. You may also do this prayer for situations and circumstances. Start with yourself first on your list.

Ask for forgiveness:
I am sorry. Please forgive me.
I love you. Thank you.

Give forgiveness (Adella’s addition):
I forgive you. It is or was all in Divine order.
Thank you for the lesson. I love you.

HAPPY HOLIDAYS!!!

How conscious is your drinking water? (Part 1)

The following are results that I have discovered in testing the consciousness of various water products.  The outcome was surprising, but at the same time I had no attachments to the results. The test method is described by Dr. David Hawkins in his book, Power verses Force an Anatomy of Consciousness.

The following table shows the  consciousness results discovered from testing each water product.  Nestle Pure Life water was far above all the others tested.

[Aquafina was my “bottled water” of choice up until a year ago.]

Although these readings are definitely repeatable, give or take a point or two, I am not calling this a scientific test.  It is just information.  The measurement results are not about the alkalinity of water or about the purity, it is simply about the consciousness of the product.  I find that the consciousness is strongly correlated to health potential for the body.  After all, high frequency in water is just as valid in healing the body as high frequency energy healing, soul healing, or other methods of healing that affect the frequency of the body.
In his book Power verses Force, Dr. David Hawkins states the following:
By use of the kinesiological testing procedure described herein, unlimited information about any subject, past or present, is universally available. But the realization that everything is knowable about anything or anyone, anywhere, at any point in time, creates at first a paradigm shock. This reaction arises, generally, from realization of the non-locality, impersonality and universality of consciousness itself; and, specifically, from the realization of the observability of one's own thoughts and motivations, their transparency across time. That one's every thought and action leave an indelible trace forever in the universe can be an unsettling thought.

I have been using kinesiology (muscle testing) for over 20 years now. I learned about it when my (then) infant son's life was saved by a little old lady in a health food store in Indianapolis, Indiana.  His pediatrician strongly suggested that I supplement him with infant formula. Going against my initial objections, I did supplement and chose what I thought was the healthiest choice.  Well, my son did not gain weight as expected, in fact, the situation got worse.  He was in the lowest weight percentile for a 3 month old and he was getting weaker.  After blood work and many other tests, we were sent to see a pediatric digestive specialist. Hundreds of dollars later (my share of the insurance), nothing improved.  It was by fate, what I now know to be Divine guidance, that I happened to be in that health food store and found out about this healer one Saturday afternoon.

The little old lady used muscle testing on a random array of foods to determine what my son was allergic to, even though he was not consuming solid foods at that time. The really big thing was soy.  It turned out that the soy base formula that I chose was killing my son. I thought I had picked an infant formula that was as natural and as nutritious as possible. In less than 20 minutes in a free session, she found the answer that the pediatrician, the nutritionist, and the pediatric digestive specialist failed to find.  I was elated to find that when I removed the soy based formula, the results were almost instantaneous.  His strength started returning that week and he started gaining weight shortly thereafter.  We never experience a problem again.
So, YES, I believe in kinesiology. I believe in infinite intelligence and the oneness of all souls.

[Stay tuned for Part 2: Analysis of the results.]

The Power of a Made Up Mind

What is a Made Up Mind?  A Made Up Mind is a state of consciousness that says we desire a certain outcome or condition and we will settle for nothing less.  It is a strong intention backed by and energy force and focus. We can never underestimate the power a made up mind.

Have you ever been in that state of consciousness?  If you have, you will recognize that during that time, there was nothing that could persuade you to consider any other alternative.  You were resolute! Fixed! Bound and tied to your desire.  You knew without a doubt that your desire would be fully realized.  No one or no thing could cause you to waiver; and your desire came into full fruition to the degree that you maintained consciousness and focus!  How amazed you were!

When you looked back and critiqued the situation, you realized that you only failed short to the degree that you left certain parameters undefined or waivered on your original desire; due to lack of faith or not seeing how it would work out.

What is it that prevents us from being connected and having a Made Up Mind in all that we do?
